What lost yesterday

This is what the oh so informed voters rejected yesterday (among other things):

  • No Terrorist attack on american soil since 9-11-01
  • Gas prices at $2.08/gallon
  • Dow-Jones average at an all time high
  • Take home pay increased
  • Unemployment at a low 4.4%
  • wages/productivity up

So give it a few months and the main stream media will start to tout optomistic outlook for the country because of the above listed items (which may change a little) which have absolutely nothing to do with the shift in parties.

I give the dems credit, thay managed to win the election with absolutely no policies, plans or ideas.

So now the Dems own responsibility for things. Let's see what happens in the next 2 years, and I pray that I am wrong about what it will be.

It's maddening how effective Democrats are at owning success and blaming failures on Repubs. And Repubs are famously inept when it comes to communicating their successes. Between ruining the current robust economy by overturning tax cuts and enabling further millions of illegal immigrants to choke our country, it's gonna be sad to see what the Dems bring as the sweep to power.
